I'm almost hoping we lose by a lot or not very much. I mean don't get me wrong, I don't want to lose but what happens if only a few of those whacko kooks get elected ? I don't want any tea-publicans but if only some get in and then we can't get anything done and they are not enough to do their thing, will nothing get done? At least if there are many crazies in power they'll screw things up so bad Democrats will have to get out and vote. There are more registered Democrats. That tells you something right there. I don't know why they don't get their asses out to vote. Maybe they are a bunch of hippie liberals high on life. Who cares if I'm living out of my van, I'll do it on a farm in Oregon. Grow my own food…Ok not every liberal is like that but if they were more like me every liberal would be out there voting today and we'd smash the other party. I'm not too scared if the other party wins. J.B. is an ass but so what, the more stupid comments and things the right does, the more America will see how horrible they are. You can't just be a moderate anymore if you are in power. There's either extreme right wingers or the way beyond common sense extreme tea baggers. And yes I still laugh at their name. Didn't they realize what that meant when they picked the name? So now I'm conflicted. Do I want them to win? Absolutely not but I'm afraid what will happen if just some of them win. It's like the couple kids in the classroom distracting the whole class except these kids can't be sent to the principles office. We're stuck with them. But still in no way do I want them to win AT ALL! We can't let them think for a second that they are relevant.
Plus here are some signs I liked from the rally. I wasn't there; wish I was, but I still love looking at all the signs.

There was this deuche bag who responed to an article in the Wednesday Journal so I replied and this is what I said.
You are saying that Democrats did not give Bush a chance when we did. We gave him four years of chances and then he was re-elected for another four years! Of course we didn't want to fully support him after he ruined our economy. You are the one who isn't giving our president a chance. It hasn't even been two years! It is exactly right to say we need to give him a chance. Jobs are dyin? That started way before Obama took office. Obama has created jobs. The estimate is between 2.5-3.6 million jobs created and saved. So telling us that we should be supporting our president after all the mess he has to clean up is something I agree with completely.
That is what I sent in. I think it is highly unlikely that I will get any response but I just wanted the newspaper to know that there are people out there who support the viewpoint of the articles author.
I am sick and tired of all these Right Wingers bashing Obama!!! They say we didn't give Bush a chance?!!! They didn't give him one single iota of a chance since the second he was elected. Don't tell me we didn't give Bush a chance.
And now they want control of congress???!!! Guess what their plan is? Nothing! They have no plan. Their plan is to go back to exactly the way it was when Bush was in office!!! Look how well that went! We had EIGHT years to make Bush's plans work. Do you think by doing the exact same thing something is going to change this time? I don't think so!!!
When America wakes up and finally does give Obama a chance LIKE we did the first four years of Bush's presidency, and yes I was someone who couldn't believe people were stupid enough to re elect Bush. I just figured that Clinton did a good job, Bush Sr. did an o.k. job, Bush Jr. did a horrible job. Who would re elect him. Now Obama has to clean up his mess and we all wait while each month the memory of Bush's horrible presidency fades and people will go back into their hypnotic state brought on by lies and fear. Elect incompetent people who only care about the rich and the companies who paid for their campaigns and blindly follow a party that doesn't really care about the poor average American. Tell me I'm wrong and please show me where they have voted for us over big companies? Really, where has that been seen. I haven't seen it. You have to have some poor schmuck working for you. The rich can't just live off the rich. Where would all the farmers be to grow their food. Where would the people be working in factories making the stuff they buy? They need to care about us, We are the majority. Maybe they have more money than us but when they say money is the root of all evil, I'm glad that I'm not them. People think one day they will be rich. They really truly believe that. I'm a person who lives in reality. I know that I very likely probably will not ever be rich and I am smart enough to want to protect my future. There is no problem with dreaming about one day earning more money but when the thought overtakes your viewpoints that is wrong. The probability of someone getting super rich is slim and the probability of every poor person becoming rich is impossible. People must be selfish. Terribly selfish and it's hurting us. I love my neighbors, my family, my friends, my acquaintances, and I want to protect their future too. I'm not the only person who matters in this country. I don't have that big of an ego. I'm normal, regular, and I care too much about everyone else. If that's my biggest flaw then I don't think I'm that bad.
Someone once told me they believed there were still good people out there because of me. I'm not trying to sound conceited but I really appreciated that comment. It's one that I try to live up to everyday and one I hope other people will try to live up to also,

Richie Rich
I know that nothing will change. I never lose hope but I still know the reality of life... But here's the thing. I grew up and maybe I was naive but I believed that our elected representatives were there to fight for us on big Capital Hill. Now as I'm older I realize the sad truth. The truth that makes my heart ache. The realization that there might not be an elected official out there who truly represents us. Lately I've noticed it's even worse. Our representatives now vote for the companies who paid for their campaigns not for the people who elected them. They DON'T vote for US anymore!!! What's best for us or what we want!!! And they don't know anything about what it's like to struggle. What it's like to lose your job or wonder if you won't be able to buy food or pay your rent. They are utterly clueless!!! Take this latest guy for instance, Senator Jon Kyl who wants the Bush tax cuts extended while simultaneously voting against extending unemployment benefits. So the rich can keep getting richer and the poor poorer! The rich DO NOT need tax cuts and it was shown that the tax cuts aided in the downfall of our economy so WHY is this guy asking to extend them when millions of people are out of work and might lose their houses, apartments...They have no clue. They say we are lazy and that there are lots of jobs out there. They don't know. I'd like to see them live like us. They don't have worries about money or jobs. They can say that because they are ignorant. There very well may be people out there abusing unemployment but the vast majority of the people really really really need it. So asking to extend tax cuts to the rich but not extend unemployment benefits is arrogant beyond belief. These Senators need to get a clue and realize that people are hurting and need help. AND IT'S NOT THE RICH!!!
